The Group comprises a Holding Company, John Graham Holdings Limited, and three main subsidiary companies; John Graham Construction Limited, GRAHAM Asset Management Limited and GRAHAM Investment Projects Limited.

John Graham Holdings Limited (JGH)

The Board of JGH is responsible to shareholders for the overall strategy and direction of the Group and makes sure that policy is applied consistently across the Group.

John Graham Construction Limited (JGC)

JGC is the construction subsidiary of the Group. The company has three primary Business Units – Building, Civil Engineering and Interior Fit-Out.

GRAHAM Asset Management Limited (GAM)

GAM is the facilities management subsidiary of the Group. The company provides facilities management services across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

GRAHAM Investment Projects Limited (GIP)

GIP is the subsidiary company through which all project investments are undertaken.
