We have started work on the £17million Erskine House development in Belfast city centre.

Orby Investment Ltd, the developers of the scheme, awarded us the contract to construct the eight storey building which will comprise ground floor retail units and approximately 100,000sq ft of high end office accommodation.

Erskine House will become a hive of activity from late 2019, with HM Revenue & Customs set to occupy the seven floors of office space for a period of at least 25 years. The offices will accommodate around 1,600 employees.
