Four-year framework for the Metropolitan Police Service for building works in Greater London and South East.

We have been appointed by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) to undertake building works in Greater London and South East as part of the authority’s £250 million framework.

The four-year framework is divided into three lots based on project value. We have been appointed to ‘Lot 3’ – the highest band – which covers individual projects valued from £5 million-£10 million, with an estimated spend of £130 million over the next four years.

Projects will include internal refurbishment and fit-out of buildings, offices, stations, and training facilities, as well as new build projects with the option to include design services.

Our approach will focus on delivering high-quality projects on budget to guarantee value is achieved through the life cycle costs of maintaining the buildings, while working collaboratively with all parties appointed to the framework and remaining focused on the wider objectives set out within MPS’s brief.

Rob Joyce,Development Director said: “The MPS framework will focus on quality, value and collaboration, which we are confident our team can deliver. We have a lot of experience of working in partnership with authorities, and have developed a clear set of skills and knowledge that can be applied to these works. We look forward to working closely with all parties to upgrade the MPS estate and help safeguard its future.”
