We have achieved our Investors in People (IIP) Standard at Platinum level - the highest level that can be achieved by a company - following an in-depth assessment of GRAHAM earlier this year.

The outstanding result is only achieved by a small number of companies and is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to making GRAHAM a great place to work, and where each individual can attain their personal and career goals.

With a community of 14,000 organisations across 75 countries, successful accreditation against Platinum level is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustained success.

Based on a tried and tested framework and a rigorous process of assessment, organisations that meet the Investors in People Standard proudly display their accreditation to the world because they understand that it is people that make the difference.

The feedback from IIP clearly showed the commitment, ability, loyalty and infectious enthusiasm of GRAHAM’s people - a great foundation for future successes.

The company will now review the Assessor’s recommendations, based on the assessment in May, and incorporate these within its people strategy going forward. The IIP survey results will also serve as GRAHAM’s engagement survey, with HR working over the next few months to develop a feedback report with several actions that it will take forward to improve the experiences for GRAHAM colleagues. The report will be shared once completed.
