We have secured a 25-year contract to provide Facilities Management services for a new Primary and Community Care Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
The privately-owned contractor will deliver Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Lifecycle Management and Grounds Maintenance Services at the 12,792 square metre Centre, which is situated on the Lagan Valley Hospital site.
The Centre will integrate primary and community care, accommodate eight GP practices and offer a wide range of facilities for outpatient and diagnostic services across a range of specialties to serve the city of Lisburn and the wider area.
It will replace an existing health centre in the city’s Linenhall Street.
GRAHAM will assume responsibility for FM services in 2021.
The contract will be managed from our Belfast Office in Wildflower Way and supported by a Contracts Manager and mobile engineering team.
