We've successfully completed the interior fit-out of a new development and support hub for Teamwork.com at the Laganview House building in Belfast.

Our interior fit-out team delivered the extensive CAT B fit-out over the course of a 13-week programme.

Teamwork.com, a software as a service (SAAS) provider, which counts Disney, Netflix, and Spotify among its expanding global client base, invested £930k into the refurbishment project located on the corner of Ann Street and Oxford Street.

The substantial upgrade, covering circa 8,870 sq ft of space across three storeys of the landmark redbrick property, has provided the high-growth technology company with a contemporary regional office.

It is the largest Teamwork.com office outside of its Cork headquarters.

Over the next two years, Laganview House is expected to accommodate up to 85 development and technical support staff.

The scheme was delivered in partnership with Virtus Project Management, Michael Barrett Partnership (QS), Henry J Lyons (architect) and OCSC (M&E).
