  • What can I expect to earn?

    We offer highly competitive starting salaries and good potential for career advancement based on personal performance. We also provide an excellent benefits package that includes a pension, contributory private healthcare, life assurance, a car or allowance for essential users and 33 days’ holiday.

  • How long will you retain my details?

    We'll hold your details on our careers database for up to 12 months. If a vacancy matches your skills and ambitions during this time, we’ll contact you to let you know more about the opportunity. All of our personal data is stored securely and is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • What’s the application process for placement and graduate development programmes?

    Applications: you can apply from October to the end of January. Interviews take place in February and March, either on campus or at one of our regional offices. Start date: between June and September.

  • What is the company policy on work permits?

    We’re only able to consider your application if you’re eligible to live and work in the UK. This includes all citizens of the European Economic area, work permit holders and Commonwealth citizens who have been given leave to enter the UK on the basis of a grandparent being born in the UK.

  • Where can I expect to be located when I join GRAHAM?

    Your role will determine where you’re based. You could be out on site directly working on different building, civil engineering interior fit-out projects. Or you could be based at one of our offices across the UK and Ireland. If you work away from home, you’ll receive company sponsored accommodation, generous allowances and additional benefits. Graduates and placement students - you could be based in any of our operating regions depending on project availability Apprentices and summer placements - you’ll be based in your home region

  • When can I expect to hear back once I’ve submitted my application?

    We’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your application. Shortly after the vacancy closing date, we’ll let you know the outcome of your application.
