Project Overview

Our Compliance Services experts keep our clients, and the buildings they occupy and operate, safe.

We make their lives easier by providing total confidence that their statutory obligations are being met, monitored and, most importantly, complied with.

Our multi-disciplinary in-house specialists ensure our public and private sector partners benefit from proven testing and maintenance routines, and data-driven solutions.

The specialist compliance disciplines which we deliver, in addition to our mechanical and electrical compliance services (please refer to the Building Fabric and M&E Maintenance section), include:

    • Water Hygiene

Our experts identify and monitor a wide range of potential contaminants and waterborne diseases which can adversely affect water quality and pose a significant risk to public health.

These waterborne pathogens colonise in engineered water systems such as swimming pools, spa baths, drinking water supplies, and domestic and process water systems.

    • Water Treatment

We provide total water treatment control solutions for potable, industrial and waste waters. Working collaboratively with our clients, we help prevent the spread of potentially fatal waterborne pathogens, and minimise corrosion and scale within industrial water systems, while maintaining and optimising their performance conditions.

Importantly, our skill set also includes protecting the environment through the implementation of effective procedures to control and validate the discharge of waste waters.

    • Asbestos Risk Management and Consultancy Services

We support our clients through the provision of Asbestos Risk Management and Consultancy Services, including its removal and evaluation through robust technical surveys.

As an approved UKATA training provider, and an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited business, we can demonstrate the competence and expertise of our specialists, the technical accuracy of surveys, and the quality control at the heart of our reporting. Impartiality and consistency in service delivery are also embedded into our processes.

    • Fire and Security Management

We are specialists in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire and security systems.

Our bespoke, scalable solutions provide protection against fire, damage, theft and security breaches. Offering a comprehensive suite of products and services, we work closely with a select network of acclaimed systems partners who help us to implement cost effective, end to end fire and security procedures with the capacity to exceed even the most stringent testing requirements.

    • Air Quality Services

Our expertise extends to Air Quality Services which include the inspection, testing and assessment of indoor air quality, in addition to local exhaust ventilation testing and maintenance.

Our specialists advise clients on an array of issues from the air quality in general work environments, to controlling hazardous substances resulting from operational processes, and the optimal maintenance of critically controlled conditions in healthcare, manufacturing and high tech research and development facilities.

    • Energy Management Services

Dedicated to optimising our clients’ energy consumption profiles, we offer a proven range of Energy Management Services. As the energy market continues to evolve, our unique approach to energy monitoring and targeting ensures that we consistently strive to reduce consumption and introduce long-term cost saving measures.

In turn, our tailored solutions, which are underpinned by the principles of ISO 50001:2011, provide our clients with the confidence that their buildings and plant are functioning efficiently, and in full compliance with the very latest legislation and industry standards. In the spirit of true partnership, we always quantify the projected energy costs and carbon savings associated with the introduction of sustainable processes and controls, the installation of new equipment or the utilisation of state-of-the art technology.

    Asset Capture Data-driven solutions

We provide intelligent data that supports our clients to achieve their planned business outcomes. Our strategy is to fully understand the estates and assets under our control. This enables us to devise optimal compliance programmes for our clients and to build lasting relationships in the process.

    Step 1: Mobilisation

Upon contract commencement, our subject matter experts, equipped with industry leading technology, invest significant time and resources to accurately survey and analyse the performance of the compliance systems under their control.

    Step 2: Compilation and monitoring

This captured information provides a deeper understanding of the physical assets, allowing us to implement data-driven changes and solutions faster.

    Step 3: Achieving defined objectives

Informed by accurate, verifiable data, we advise on risk, benchmark reliability, evaluate alternative options, and propose long-term money saving initiatives that help our clients meet their defined operational, financial and environmental objectives.
