Project summary

Precision and scrupulous attention to detail are at the heart of our valued relationship with Goldsmiths. Beginning in 2013, we have successfully completed ten exclusive designer concession and store fit-outs for the luxury jeweller across the UK and Ireland on behalf of Aurum Holdings. Each individual project, from London to Belfast, features bespoke joinery-led designs and involves extremely tight deadlines.

The detail

Spanning over five years, our partnership with Aurum Holdings has facilitated the completion of ten major Goldsmiths projects consisting of existing store refurbishments and new store fit-outs, covering 300,000 square feet of prime retail space.

With a total value in excess of £2m, our success is based on close collaboration with Goldsmiths, project design teams and our suppliers, which ensures expectations are exceeded, demanding specifications are met and installation challenges are circumvented.

Our Goldsmiths team, led by Senior Contracts Manager Maurice Thompson, remains unchanged throughout each unique project, which guarantees expertise, consistency and snag-free handover as exemplified in our Cribbs Shopping Centre, Bristol fit-out.

For the Goldsmiths flagship store in Chelmsford, we completed a comprehensive fit-out of a retail unit to form a new store, which included intricate work on doors, finishes, fixtures and fittings. Our Goldsmiths portfolio has also encompassed the formation of new, multi-faceted back of house layouts.

"The store team were extremely pleased with the outcome. We even had some “whoops of delight” and jumping up and down by the staff. I know we had a tight programme and difficult site conditions with the heat to cope with, but the GRAHAM guys did well"
