Project summary

Reflecting Liberty IT’s world-class reputation, we delivered a world-class internal fit-out to its eighth floor offices in the strategically located ‘The Liberty Centre’ Building, Dublin. Completed with a superior finish, the project involved a full Category A and B fit-out across 10,000 square feet of prime office space including the installation of A/C cassette units, suspended ceilings and lighting, and AV. Our Category B standard work was not just aesthetically flawless but conceived with functional flexibility to meet the demands of Liberty’s fast-paced environment.

The detail

Successfully handed over on time following two distinct phases, this ambitious project was recognised for meeting and exceeding Liberty IT’s quality expectations. The modernisation of 10,000 square feet of office space, within a “U” shaped floor plan configuration around an Atrium, has provided over 150 employees with a modern, inspiring and open planned workplace.

The scheme comprised the stripping-out and re-modelling of the existing eighth floor complemented by a complete new fit-out. Merging traditional wall panelling and fitted furniture with vibrant colours and materials established an entirely fresh perspective for the offices.

Meanwhile, a unique wall panelling configuration of European oak and pastel Formica laminates produced a relaxing atmosphere that has served to strengthen Liberty’s “global IT capabilities”. The calibre of our work was reinforced by Liberty IT’s decision to subsequently award us with the contract to upgrade its Belfast offices to the value of £3m.
